Home from Road Atlanta...

Arrived home from Atlanta (or, more correctly, Gastonia, NC) this morning at 0330. A bit exhausted, I went right to sleep in my own bed for the first time in a week. Some ten hours later, around 2 PM, I finally woke up and set about the business of getting my article together.

First thing for me was to get the automated bits running -- compile all the photos and get them submitted as early as possible. I shot about 260 or so photographs this week - a small number, but I only did much shooting on race day. Out of those, I selected 51 for my 2007 Petit Le Mans gallery... and then my editor told me "oh, I'm all set as far as photos go..." He's got some excellent shots by John Thawley, though, who's a far better shot than I. Go see for yourself.

So, since they're not going to be used for my story this Wednesday, you can see them all right here. (And for you cubicle types, yes they're all SFW)
